1874 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. Arrows. PCGS graded Proof 65 Cameo. Mostly fully white. Sparkling silvery iridescence imbues this satiny frosted cameo beauty with a life of its own. Add a high degree of mint flash and sharp devices, and the appeal is virtually irresistible. This is an important two-year Type in which the mint adjusted the weight slightly following the guidelines set down in the Coinage Act of 1873. The Arrows at the Date appear only in 1873 and 1874.
