Philippines. Manila Counterstamped 8 Reales, 1828. KM-24 var; Basso 2nd edition-52 var. Type 1. With reverse legend. Counterstamp on Peru Lima 8 Reales, KM-142.1. In addition there is a second counterstamp of Isabel II, "YII" with a hole through the countermark. This two counterstamp combination was described in the Gibbs sale as 2 or 3 known. Very Rare. Fine.
