(Houdini) 1902 Appearance In Leeds + Keith's Ad. 11¼"x7" broadside advertising the appearance of Houdini, "The World Famous Jail Breaker and Handcuff King," at Varieties, Top of Briggate, Leeds, on December 1, 1902. Testimonials from police officials in America, England, and Germany detail seemingly impossible escapes made by Houdini. Fair; edge splits, minor paper loss and ragged edges. Green print on pale olive paper. (Two torn, partial broadsides of this same broadside are included). Accompanied by a 1900 newspaper ad for Houdini's appearance at Keith's New Theatre (Boston).
