Corinth. 4th century BC. Lot of two AR Staters. Good lot. Each with: Pegasus left, koppa below. Reverse: Helmeted head of Athena in profile. Oldest, c. 345-307 BC., Athena right, bucranium and N behind (SNG Cop. 124). Other, Athena left, c. 315-310 BC., ΔI with figure of Athena to right (SNG Cop. 97). First, an attractive old collection piece, deeply toned; the second, lightly toned. Lot of 2 coins. First, Very Fine; Second, Choice Very Fine.
