Macedonian Kingdom. Alexander III, the Great, 336-323 BC. Lot of Silver and Bronze. Includes 2 posthumous tetradrachms: from Temnos (Price 1676a), and Mesembria (Price 1070). Also 2 drachms, one lifetime, one early posthumous, with symbols: facing Demeter with torches, the other with kithara. Plus 2 Alexander AE's and 2 Philip II Ae's (Apollo head / youth on horse). Coins with variety of surfaces and tones. Inspection recommended, although material mostly quite decent. Lot of 8 coins. Coins average Very Fine.
