1899, $2 Silver Certificate. Fr-256. A nice layout on this handsome 1899-1929 deuce. This, as it turned out, would be the last series of $2 silver certificates issued by the U.S. government. Close to half a billion of them were put into circulation over its 30-year existence. PCGS graded Fine 12.
