1902, $20 National Bank Note. Fr-656. Only 7 large size reported on this bank, with this the nicest $20 large size in the census. Faint, barely discernible signatures of the two bank officers; since the federal signatures (Napier and Burke, in this instance) are engraved on the bank note plate and not hand-signed or stamped with a rubber stamp, these always appear. But often the bank cashier's and president's signatures fade with time or are washed out from actual immersion of the note in water. Scarce. PCGS graded Very Fine 25PPQ.
