Great Britain. Prooflike Crown, 1935. George V. S-4048 (incuse lettering on edge, not viewable in the slab). A special striking that is so prooflike NGC has called it SP65. It has moderate mirrors and is extra-nice, but not the quality of S-4050, the Raised Edge Proof. Lovely silvery toning with light bluish gold hues. Unusual and nice! NGC graded Specimen 65.
