Great Britain. Gold Five Pounds, 1893. Victoria Old Head. S-3872. One-year type, generally not used in circulation but for bank transfers of money. Very few survived in super condition. Bright luster and surfaces nicer than normal; just a lot of tiny abrasions. In the UK, this would be an especially nice "Good EF" and keenly bid for. It is indeed a pleasing example of this big gold coin. NGC graded MS-61.
