Russia. Novodel 5 Rubles, 1785-SPB. Fr-130b; Bitkin-H80; Sev-Unlisted. Catherine II. Bust right. Reverse: Cross of four shields. Sharply struck with brilliant prooflike fields. The 5 of the date has been recut or repunched over a slightly left leaning numeral to bring it somewhat more vertical. Extremely rare, R3, with only 4 to 9 examples estimated to exist. PCGS graded MS-64.
