1860 Liberty Seated Dime. NGC graded Proof 66. There is a jewel like appearance to this lovely Gem Proof specimen. It is well struck with excellent surfaces and most attractive iridescent toning in russet, violet and blue. Breen-3318, with the type I shield having 5 vertical lines above the Liberty banner. "Originally 1,000 proofs minted in sets; at least 527 sold, the rest melted or spent." Population 12, with only 13 finer.
