(Weissmuller, Johnny) (1904-1984) George Hurrell Poster of Johnny Weissmuller, Olympic athelete and the most famous Tarzan of them all, 32½ x 22 in. A dramatic black and white, chest-up shot of Weissmuller, sans shirt. At top left is "Paris, 1924" the first Olympics in which Weissmuller swam; his three gold-medals are listed at lower left. At top right is "Los Angeles, 1984," which is the year Johnny died and also the year the summer Olympics were held in Los Angeles. Copyright 1983 by the El-Rich Company Inc. Numbered and signed by Hurrell. Mint condition.
