Original vintage 14 x 11 in. photograph by Edwin Bower Hesser, c. late 1920s, with Hesser's stamp on verso and penciled "#9A." A full-length, left-profile portrait of Gilbert in costume, lightly sepia toned; one very faint crease in upper right background. This photo has been in storage for 40+ years, since Hesser's death.
