Dean, James. 8 x 10" black and white print, likely made around the 25th anniversary of Dean's death. The shot was taken by Dennis Stock, the photographer who in February 1955 traveled with Dean to Fairmont, Indiana, the farming community where Dean lived with his aunt and uncle from the age of five until he graduated high school. Dean is shown lying full length in a feed trough on the farm. Stock's company stamp, Magnum Photo, Inc., is on the verso, as well as a large "Magnum Photo Library Print / New York" stamp.
