Santa Anna, Antonio Lopez de. Top center contains blind seal surrounded by official vignette. Two stamped seals accompany countersignatures. Mexican President (1833-36, 1846-47, 1853-55) and dictator (1839, 1841-45).

Partly Printed Document Signed as President. Two pages, four sides, small Folio. Signed at the Palace of the General Governor February, 1842. Being a Certificate of Merit and services for infantryman, "Santiago Fapia." Printed paragraph below describes the responsibilities and duties which are included with the title. Signed boldly on recto by President De Santa Anna and verso by numerous officers. Very Good.
