Carranzo, Venustiano. Foxing along lower right, crease upper left corner, tiny hole lower left, and miniscule tear along right edge. (1859-1920). President of Mexico. Along with Pancho Villa, formed the Division of the North, to revolt against Victoriano Huerta.
Document Signed as President. Two pages, Octavo, recto/verso. July 15, 1915. To Francisco S. Elias, Equitable Bldg, Broadway, New York. A telegram, mostly in code. Boldly signed in black ink. Unidentified signature on verso in pencil. Good.
