Document Signed as President. Two pages, recto/verso, Folio, on light blue stationery, Mexico, April 22, 1852. A Certificate of Merit for citizen "Santiago Fapia." Presented in the care of 133 agencies that decide regulation standards for payment of wages to become effective on June 22, 1852. Boldly signed by President Arista. Countersigned recto and verso by numerous officers. Very Good.
