Original gum center line, bottom and right arrow margin blocks of four, one pair hinge remnant, seven stamps never hinged, one stamp in the center line block with a tiny thin spot, two other stamps small natural wrinkles (one of these with a trivial natural inclusion), otherwise virtually all Very Fine to Extremely Fine, with 2004 P.S.E. certificate.
