1873 Two Cents. Closed 3. PCGS graded Proof 65 Red & Brown. Original mint red color with bronze and tan highlights. Uninhibited reflective fields are free from carbon spots. Luster is seen radially in the periphery and the motto still possesses original mint frost. The reverse is only slightly less reflective than the obverse and is graced with blue hues. Every detail is razor sharp on this gem proof. PCGS population of 69 in PR65RB with 15 in PR66RB (PCGS # 3652) .
