Lot 841

1860 Indian Head Cent. PCGS graded MS-65 PQ. A razor sharp gem specimen with brick red surfaces, crisp luster and semi-reflective fields. This example looks deceptively like a proof but close inspection reveals it to be a business strike. Deeper golden and reddish-brown toning is seen on both the obverse and reverse. Hub Style of 1860-1864 with the broad bust point. Housed in an old PCGS green label holder and very choice for the grade! PCGS population of 139 in MS-65, 30 in MS-66 and 7 in MS-67 as finest (PCGS # 2058) .
Estimated Value $700 - 900.
The Michael M. Magdic Collection.

Realized $1,093
