Roman Empire. Nero, 54-68 AD. AE Sestertius, Lugdunum mint, struck 66 AD. Laureate head right, globe at base of neck. Reverse: Roma seated left on cuirass, holding Victory, right foot on globe. RIC 398; ANSNNM 61, MacDowel, no. 409. Slight double striking to portrait. Good dark brown and red patina, with scattered light roughness, mostly on reverse. Huge flan. Very Fine.
