Lot 2727
1928 $20 St. Gaudens. NGC graded MS-65 Star. Uninterrupted luster swirls over microgranular surfaces. Uniform rose-gold and light olive coloration. It would seem that a few trivial nicks have kept this example from technically being a point or two higher but the eye appeal is all there! Given the "star" designation by NGC. Completely new to the numismatic community and purchased directly from the U.S. Mint in 1928.
