1926-S $20 St. Gaudens. NGC graded MS-62. The 1926-S is an issue that is scarce (conditionally very rare) but still allows the better date gold collector to acquire a mintmarked issue from the challenging period of 1924-1927. The present example can be admired for its full strike, original coloration and abrasion-free surfaces. Original die polish lines are still seen in the recessed areas of the obverse rays.
