1842-D $2.50 Gold Liberty. PCGS graded EF-45. A problem-free example, just some honest wear and all nicely toned. A scarcer Dahlonega issue as only 4,643 were struck. Should be reholdered as the slab is marked up. PCGS reports 14 in this high grade with 30 better, the finest being 5 in AU-58 (PCGS # 7725) .
