1892 Barber Half Dollar. PCGS graded MS-65. A well struck and almost completely white gem. A touch of golden toning in the obverse periphery accents this beauty. The surfaces are microgranular to satiny with sparkling metal flow lines. A few stray and faint hairlines are found on the cheek. Reverse quality is pristine with not a single hairline or mark to mention. Only a fraction of the original mintage of 900,000 have survived in a gem condition as pleasing as the present offering. PCGS population of 71 in MS-65, 32 in MS-66, 8 in MS-67 and 1 in MS-68 as finest (PCGS # 6461) .
