1807 Draped Bust Half Dollar. . Overton-102, Rarity-2. NGC graded AU-50. A common die marriage from this final year of the Draped Bust, Heraldic design. While the surfaces were cleaned long ago, the luster is choice for the grade and we note delicate lavender hues hugging the borders. Three hairline scratches exist under the L of LIBERTY. The reverse is a point or two finer than the designated grade. A solid and appealing early Draped Bust half.
