Cleveland / Stevenson Inaugural Ribbon. A lovely inauguration ribbon, almost mint. From the gilt Federal Eagle attached at the top, to the bottom of the gold fringe, the ribbon measures 11¼ x 2½ inches. An Indian wearing a colored headress is at left of "Tammany Hall," in red lettering, shadowed by yellow. A red, white, and blue flag holds a circular vignette of a tiger. Below is a ribbon with "Inauguration of Cleveland and Stevenson" and the date, "March 4th 1893." The Capitol sits at the lower edge. Unusually nice and clean.
