[British Royal Correspondence To The King of the Two Sicilies]. An interesting and attractive collection of six letters by five kings and one queen, all one page, all in fine condition. George II Letter Signed ("George R") as King, in French, Herrnhausen, Aug. 10, 1752, with holograph closing, "Monsieur mon frere Votre bon frere." To Carlo de Bormone, King of Naples and Sicily, with congratulations on the birth of a prince. With original address leaf and royal seal. George III Letter Signed ("George R") as King, in French, St. James, Aug. 10, 1806, sending regrets to Fernando I that enemies threaten him in one of his kingdoms; with original address leaf bearing the royal seal. Charlotte Sophia Letter Signed ("Charlotte") as Queen of George III, in English, St. James, Jan. 20, 1802, with holograph closing, "Sir my Brother your good Sister." To Fernando I with condolences on the death of his daughter-in-law; with original address leaf bearing royal seal. George IV Letter Signed ("George R) as King, in English, on black-bordered paper, Holyhead, Aug. 10, 1821. To Fernando I announcing the death of his wife, Queen Caroline; original address leaf bears the royal seal. William IV Letter Signed ("William R") as King, in English, on black-bordered paper, St. James, Dec. 5, 1834, with holograph closing, "Your Majestys' good Brother." Announcing the death of his brother-in-law, the Duke of Gloucester, to Fernando I. Original address leaf bears royal seal. Victoria Letter Signed ("Victoria Reg") as Queen, in English, on black-bordered paper, Buckingham Palace, July 17, 1850, with holograph closing, "Madam my Sister, Your Majesty's good Sister." to the Queen of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, announcing the death of "My beloved Uncle, His Royal Highness The Duke of Cambridge, youngest son of His late Majesty King George The Third…." The original, addressed envelope also has a black border.
