Trade Dollar. 1881. PCGS graded Proof 65. A striking toned gem example of this proof only trade dollar. Russet, teal and champagne toning over reflective fields possessing radiant luster. The reverse has taken many years to acquire a beautiful mix of gun-metal blue and magenta hues in the fields. Mintage of 960 coins in 1881. PCGS has graded 39 in PR65, 10 examples in PR66 and 2 as finest in PR67 (PCGS # 7061) .
