As this superb gem is turned it has the appearance of a flashlight being turned on, then off. Flawless and designated as a Proof 69 Cameo by NGC, making this the Finest Known 1890 Seated Liberty quarter. Furthermore, there are only 5 Proof 69 specimens known total for all Liberty Seated quarters, 1838-1891.
Frosty luster shifts like moving sand across both the obverse and reverse devices. Abosutley void of any scratches or ticks. Extremely light die polish lines are only visible at a certain angle.
