Italic - Republican Coinage. Apulia, Luceria, c. 269-225 BC. Aes Grave Biunx (87.49 g). Scallop shell, on raised circular background. Reverse: Astragalos; 2 pellets at right. T-V 277; Haeb. pl. 71, 1-2. Deep green to brown patina, with touches of red. Casting flaw above astragalos. Choice Very Fine.
