$5 Gold Indian. 1909-O. NGC graded AU-55. A very solid example of the only Indian Head half eagle produced at the New Orleans mint. Only 34,200 were made and this is one the of the key dates to the series. Demand has continued to increase consistently for this issue and this piece is sure to realize a strong bid due to its' numsimatic significance and choice quality. There is a large spread from AU55 to AU58 and one should look carefully at this piece.
