$3 Gold. 1878. PCGS graded MS-62 PQ. Always a popular date for the gold type collection. Original mint frost and the typically encountered swirly luster. Light abrasions here and there but we feel this piece is choice for the grade. A nice and solid coin (PCGS # 8000) .
