1873 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. Arrows. NGC graded MS-64. A nice, dual-colored coin, with a golden toned obverse and rich, steel-blue and lilac toning on the reverse. Nice, swirling luster beneath the toning. Housed in an old NGC holder, hinting at the possibility of an upgrade. NGC reports 28 in this grade, 6 in MS-65, and 1 in MS-66.
