1909-S Lincoln Cent. S over horizontal S. PCGS graded MS-65 Red. PQ. A top-notch example of this extremely popular variety, created when the mintmark was first punched into the die in a horizontal position, then corrected! Well struck and a full Gem, with delightful olive-red surfaces. Rare so nice -- PCGS reports 87 in this grade, with only 25 finer (all in MS-66 Red) (PCGS # 92434) .
