Windham Herald, Connecticut, March 13, 1800, 13½ x 10½ inches, 4 pp. Over 3 columns on pages 1 and 2 have the schedule of property from Washington's will, dated July 9, 1799, Mount Vernon, and signed in print by Washington. It includes property in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, North West Territory, Kentucky, and on the Great Kanhawa River, as well as lots in the cities of Washington, Alexandria, Winchester, and Bath, shares in the Potomac Company, the James River Company, and the Bank of Columbia, and a list of livestock. There are explanatory notes and values for each item. Light foxing.
