Lot 2757

1893-S. AU-50 to AU-55. Well struck with plenty of semi reflective mint luster to justify this numerical grade. The surfaces are lightly toned with light mottled russet-grey. The rims are nice and clean with no discernible bag marks on either side worthy of note. Under magnification we do note a light milling mark on the cheek and eyebrow which is mentioned only for the sake of complete accuracy. A high grade yet "affordable" example of this popular key date. Estimated Value $15,000 - 20,000

Realized $25,300
