1918-D. NGC graded MS-66. Not quite a Full Head example, but close. What is impressive about this coin is the burnt-gold and steel-blue toning that surrounds both sides. A lovely, completely original example with better-than-average eye appeal. NGC reports only 11 in MS-66 and only 1 finer (at the MS-67 level). Estimated Value $2,000 - 2,300
