An "Imperial Decree To The Chapter of Russian Imperial And Royal Orders," bestowing the title "cavalier of Our Imperial And Royal Order of Saint Stanislav third class" to "1 member of the Don Cossack Host, 1 member of the Kuban Cossack Host, [and] 1 member of the Zabaikal Cossack Host."
