Ancient Rome. 14. This is one prettiest Tirbute Pennies we've handled in many years. Laureate head of Tiberius right. Reverse: Livia as a Pax, enthroned right, holding branch and scepter. RIC 26; C. 16. Excellent strike on spacious flan. With superb portrait of delicate style. The Livia likewise finely modelled, with choice detail. Touch of horn silver at 10 o' clock reverse edge, otherwise with softly matte light gray toning. Superb Extremely Fine.
