Di Maggio, Joe & Mickey Mantle. Di Maggio- (1914- 1999) Hall of Fame member of the legendary New York Yankees, aka, "the Yankee Clipper" & "Joltin' Joe". Married briefly to Marilyn Monroe. Still holds the record for consecutive games hitting safely (56) in 1941.
Mantle- (1931- 1995) Hall of Fame member of Yankees, nicknamed the "the Mick." Mantle won the American League MVP in 1956 as he acheived a rare "Triple Crown", leading the league in batting avg., home runs, and runs batted in.
