Wilson, Woodrow. Normal folds and the signature has feathered slightly, nonetheless, bold and clear. Mounted and framed with a B & W photo of Wilson to an overall size of 13½ x 17½". 28th President of the United States, 1913-1921.

Typed Letter Signed As President. One page, quarto, on official White House stationery. Washington DC, May 3, 1918. To Newton D. Baker, Secretary of War. Here President Wilson does his due diligence. In full:

"My dear Mr. Secretary: I don't like to make additional appointments to the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics without first knowing whether you and Mr. Ryan have anything in view with regard to that committee which would serve as a guide to me as to its strengthening or introduction of new elements into its membership. Cordially and sincerely yours. Woodrow Wilson".
