1799. ANACS graded EF-40. Bolender-12a, Rarity 4. Moderate wear on the upper part of Liberty's hair and on the eagle's outer feathers. One small planchet flaw over the first S of STATES, but no real problems or other detriments. Numerous light die cracks on the obverse make attribution of this scarce variety easy.
