Louwelsa Vase. Height: 10-½". Two yellow blooms amid deep greens appear against the olive and caramel colored ground of this full vessel. A monogram which appears to be MM is written in the glaze at the lower left of the design, perhaps the mark of artist M. Myers, or that of Minnie Mitchell. The Louwelsa Weller half-circle seal is impressed to the base, in addition to the numbers 6 (or 9) and 564, and the letter L. With a few minor scratches, but otherwise fine.
