Lot 2303
Dickensware Lamp. Circa 1897-1904. Height: 18". A quiet owl is perched among shady greens on this lamp base with what is believed to be the original oil container. Signed E. Abel by artist Edward Abel at the lower right of the design. The Dickensware Weller half-circle seal is impressed to the base, as is the number 350. Considerable flaking to the glaze near the base, and some minor scratches, nicks, and glaze imperfections; in good condition.
