Dopplemeyer The Southern SKuy 1730. 1742. Nürnberg. 23 x 20¼".
"19" at top right. Trimmed almost to plate; pencil ID verso; bottom margin to lower edge of image very skillfully repaired (likely an old repair). Very good condition.
Printed with Homann. Four observatories featured in the corners: Anglicanum (Greenwich, founded 1666), Cassellanum (Kassel, 1712), Hafniense (Copenhagen, 1642) and Berlinense (Berlin, 17??).
