A superb engraved map from a fairly scarce 1873 atlas published in Weimar. Created by Carl Bruhns, director of the Leipzig University Observatory, an important figure in 19th century German astronomy circles. Nice history, and a strong graphic image.
Binder's tab remains. Pencil ID verso; faint foxing scattered verso; very minor toning at edges. Very good to near excellent condition.
