Arthur Bros. Circus. Seven Arthur Bros. posters. Two are from Arthur Bros. Mighty American Circus; one is said to be 1940, 28 x 42 in., silkscreen, featuring performing elephants. The second is probably 1943, 21 x 28 in., silkscreen, featuring a clown face, with a date tag for Monterey. Four are from Arthur Bros. 5-Ring Circus, c. 1944.; three of these are 21 x 28 in.; one is a title sheet; one features performing dogs; another features a zebra and a clown. The fourth is a 42 x 20 in. silkscreen, with animals and performers on and around the giant letters of the word "CIRCUS." All four have remnants of date tags for Great Bend. The seventh is simply titled Arthur Bros. Circus, [1944], 42 x 28 in., and promotes the fact that it is "the Second Largest Circus on Earth." Conditions range from B+ to C. (7 items).
