St. Louis, Louisiana Purchase Exposition, 1904. Lot of Three Aluminum Objects. One, a circular box containing 6 souvenir "coins" of the Fair. One in brass, the rest also aluminum. Each side containing a view of the major exposition "palaces." Box and proof-like coins pristine. Box Width: 39 mm. Next, a cased note pad, the hinged and decorated covers once more in aluminum. Pristine and intact, complete with original green paper pad within. Size: 2-1/2" x 4-1/8". Last, a penknife, with two small folding steel blades. Aluminum handle with raised ornament of jugate busts of Jefferson and Napoleon, and views of the Palace of Electricity and the Cascade Gardens on one side, with Liberal Arts and Machinery buildings flanking a fleur-de-lis on the other. Blades marked "St. Lawrence Cutlery." Knife well used, but still fine overall. Length: 2-3/4". Lot of 9 pieces.
