Lincoln Pinbacks, Political Buttons, and Ribbons. A collection of twenty-nine items, including nineteen pinbacks of various sizes and dates, four ribbons, four ribbons with medallions or pinbacks, and three items unrelated to Lincoln. Two black-and-white ribbons commemorate the centennial of Lincoln's birth (1809-1909); another black-and-white ribbon is for "Citizens' Commitee. Lincoln Reception. Philadelphia, February, 1861," and the fourth is printed "Loyal League of Union Citizens. Organized March 6, 1863…."and has a red, white, and blue rosette at top (bottom is stained). The four ribbons with medals are G.A.R., two from Pa. Also included is a 1912 Republican National Convention badge with ribbon; a gem portrait of Gen. Meade, and a 1" tintype of an unidentified woman. Conditions vary. Fair to Fine.
